Olivia Quido Clinical Skincare

Olivia Quido-Co is the founder of Oskin Med Spa and Olivia Quido Clinical Skincare — a master esthetician with nearly 20 years dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best.

In 2021 Olivia came to Product 360 Creative for a brand and packaging refresh. The goal was to elevate the look while keeping it recognizably hers — modernizing the logo and packaging without losing the trust and familiarity she had built with her clients.

What started as a rebrand has grown into a full ongoing creative and digital partnership. I oversee all digital design and strategy — web, email, and SMS campaigns — and work closely with the digital ad buyer on strategy. In 2026 I led the redesign of the brand's website, migrating them to Shopify 2.0. I manage Klaviyo, the Shopify backend, the subscription program, and developed and continue to run the brand's loyalty rewards program. Beyond creative and digital, I help improve operational systems, support and train virtual assistants, manage customer service, and evaluate and implement technology upgrades to keep the brand running efficiently.
